Not less than 90% of this formulation is fully refined white mineral oil meeting the requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia XXII as well as the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration per CFR 172.878.  Not more than 10% this formulation is a fully refined light amber oil, mineral based, as added lubricant enhancer and corrosion inhibitor, also complying to the same basic physical specifications as well as MSDS specifications.
